“The Protagonists of the Greek Revolution”: an online event for children

On the occasion of the celebration of the Greek Revolution anniversary, the Kalampaka Library in collaboration with the 6th Grade of the 1st Primary School of Kalambaka will hold an online event on Friday, March 19 at 11:45 am.

The speakers are the children’s book authors Ta prosopa tis Epanastasis tou 1821 [The Protagonists of the Revolution of 1821], Vasiliki Markaki and Zenon Zampakidis, who will present their book to the public and talk about the protagonists of the Revolution. Specifically, the first Governor of Greece, Ioannis Kapodistrias, the second siege of Messolonghi and Dionysios Solomos are the thematic units, which will be analyzed further.
