As part of our Summer Campaign, a Voyage of Knowledge Across Time, the activity Iconography with the Rousanou Monastery took place yesterday. Young and old watched a video created by the Nuns of the Monastery, showing how pictures of saints are created with natural materials. Afterwards, the children drew their own icons and discussed the various methods used in iconography.
