The adult book club discussed Julian Barne’s Book Flauber’s Parrot. The members learned about Flauber’s biography and works, who, with his book Madame Bovary (which will be read in the future by the Book Club members) affected World Literature.
The book we’re picking up to read next is Anna Galanou’s Revenge. The author will join us online to talk about her new book during the next meeting.
