The Library will screen a live webchat of a panel of law enforcement experts and advocates for the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people who will discuss strategies to prevent violent crimes against the community. The panelists will outline best practices from the law enforcement agencies and civil society groups that respond to and work to prevent these crimes.
