The Summer Reading and Creativity Campaign has come to an end! On Monday 5 September, the closing celebration of KE 2022 took place, held in collaboration with the National Library. The children shared with us their summer memories, their reading experiences and remembered their summer “Journeys” through their creations during the EL activities!
Together with our young readers we traveled to our own “High Mountains”, to Far Eastern countries, learned survival techniques, learned to respect and love animals, experienced stormy and calm seas, recognized constellations, cooperated, laughed, played, had fun and most of all loved reading and books.
We are very grateful to the Presidents of the villages of Aidona, Kleinovo, Asprokklisia, Theopetra, Chrysomilia, Sarakina and Krya Vrysi for their valuable help and cooperation, as well as to all the children who participated in the activities.
We wish everyone a happy fall and a good school year and we renew our appointment for next summer!
