On Thursday, December 19, the meeting of the Adult Reading Club took place. Members analyzed and exchanged views on the style and writing of the Chilean novelist Isabel Allende. They recognized the strong ties that the author maintains with her country and the intense female element that always dominates her novels.
Then, the members decided to turn to Greek writers and specifically to the writer Sofia Voikou. Mrs. Voikou was born in Thessaloniki and has studied French literature. The next meeting of the Adult Reading Club has been set for Thursday, January 16.
