On Thursday, March 30th, another 3D scanning and printing workshop was held at the Penitentiary of Trikala.
The trainees, after a first introduction to 3D technologies, scanned objects themselves with the 3D scanner of the library and have now moved on to the stage of processing the 3d model. After the processing is completed and the files are in their final form, they will proceed to print the objects, seeing how to print on the 3D printer.
The trainees have shown a huge interest in 3D printing and are excited about the result, while expanding their knowledge in this innovative technology.
