On Monday, October 20, the 3rd and 4th grade students of the 4th Primary School of Kalambaka took part in the educational activity “Clothing in Antiquity.”
The activity gave the children the opportunity to learn firsthand how the ancient Greeks dressed, the materials and techniques used to make clothing, and the role of attire in the social and cultural life of the time.
The students wore replicas of ancient garments, learned about the jewelry, accessories, and footwear of the era, and explored the different types of clothing and their role in shaping identity and social life in ancient Greece.
The Library continues its educational programs, offering students of all ages cultural, historical, and creative learning activities.
