Beautiful chess moments were experienced by the friends of the top intellectual sport in the meeting that took place in the yard of the Library on Sunday, July 31st. The meeting included, at first, a short briefing about chess and then all the friends, beginners and advanced players, had fun with their favorite hobby, showing patience, discipline and strategic spirit! The response from the crowd was great, with exciting games for winners and losers in one of the most popular and oldest games ever!
The event was held in cooperation with the Cultural Association “Meteora” and the Chess Movement of Trikala.
We thank all participants and wish them many “checkmates” on and off the field!
