On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 23, a workshop was held for our young readers dedicated to the Revolution of 1821 in collaboration with the KDAP “The Balloon of Meteora”. Initially, the children’s book “The free besieged of Messolonghi” was read and then, through games of matching images and words, the children met the protagonists of the Greek Revolution. Then, with the help of the staff, they made their own wreath for 1821 and the Greek flag, after first learning about its symbolism and significance.
