With the film “Always in Red” the summer screenings began in the backyard of the Library on the evening of Monday, June 19. Due to the great participation of the public, the film was also shown inside the Library. Our little friends followed the adventures of 13-year-old Mei Li, who every time she felt an intense emotion she transformed into a giant red panda! It’s a female coming-of-age allegory filled with colorful characters, a hilarious plot, and plenty of messages about explosive adolescence and the parent-child relationship.
The audience was enthralled with the young protagonist, felt they shared her worries and insecurities, while also having fun with her adventures!
The next movie entitled “Fireheart” will be shown tomorrow, Tuesday, June 20 at 9:00 p.m.
We are waiting for you in another movie success!
