On Wednesday, June 26, the Kalambaka Library was visited by the students and teachers of the Hellenic-American Academy of Lowell, Massachusetts, who toured the premises and familiriarized themselves with the services we offer.
The President of the Library Mrs. Katerina Demoulas welcomed them via videoconference and then they talked to each other, got better acquainted and exchanged commemorative gifts.
In the end, a surprise awaited them! A video call chat with children’s book author, Mr. Vangelis Iliopoulos.
With this visit, the communication cycle between the students from America and the students of the 4th Primary School of Kalambaka, which was launched online in January 2019, closed.
Before embarking on the journey back home, they promised that their communication will continue in the future!
