On Wednesday 1 June, in the context of the anniversary exhibition “Wood Carved Memories of 1821”, the presentation of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Scholarship Program in the fields of Management, Information Technology and Cybersecurity, a valuable collaboration between KDK and the Washington University of Science and Technology (WUST) under the auspices of the Region of Thessaly, took place. The guest and keynote speaker was Mr. Kostas Agorastos, Regional Governor of Thessaly, who, accompanied by Mr. Ioannis Boutinas, Deputy Regional Governor for Tourism and Culture, stressed in his speech the importance of the program, the value of the offer and the contribution of the Library to the development and growth of the wider region.
The President of KDK, Mrs. Katerina Demoulas and the Vice President Mr. Apostolos Eliopoulos, thanked Mr. Agorastos for his direct interest and support, referred to the educational objectives of the program and the opportunity given to young people of the country to acquire skills that will be valuable in the global economy.
