Convinced that today’s students are tomorrow’s inventors, students from the 2nd Kalambaka High School are invited to attend the Inventing Tomorrow documentary this morning. The documentary was screened on the occasion of International Education Week and tells the story / adventure of six talented students from Indonesia, Hawaii, India and Mexico who are trying to solve their hot environmental problems from original inventions and experiments inspired by their daily lives. Determined to bring about change, the six students travel to the US for the ISEF (International Science and Engineering Fair), hoping for both a prize and a solution for the generation that will inherit the planet.
The documentary was screened at the American Film Showcase, organized by Exile Room, with the support of the US Embassy in Athens.
