In a cheerful festive mood, on the afternoon of Tuesday, January 14, the New Year’s Pie was cut at the Kalambaka Library.
The pie was blessed by the Metropolitan of Stagon and Meteora, Mr. Theocletus, in the presence of many friends and members of the Library.
Donor and Chairman Katerina Demoula and KDK Vice Chairman Apostolos Eliopoulos exchanged wishes with the attendees via teleconference, as they reside in the USA.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Meteora Mr. Theodoris Alekos, Vice Mayors Mr. George Thomos, Mr. Vassilis Tsikaris, Mr. Dimitrios Kottis, as well as the Special Advisor on Tourism Mr. Spyridon Nikologiannis.
Library Director Mrs. Pepi Katsiamani and the staff wish everyone a happy New Year in good health and with plentiful reading!
