The President of the Library, Mrs. Katerina Dimoulas, had a meeting with police officers of the Mobile Police Unit of the Trikala Police Department regarding the successful program “We make the Distance Smaller”. As is known, the program concerns the borrowing of books to remote schools of the Municipality of Meteora with the aim of promoting the love of reading and creating a positive environment for continuous learning.
Ms. Dimoula discussed with the police officers about the development of the program and expressed her gratitude for the valuable contribution of the Trikala Police Department to its successful outcome.
