On Tuesday, December 1, the online event was held with the theme “Love affairs in times of pandemic.”
The scientific presentation of the subject was held by the psychiatrist Christos Ch. Liapis, Doctor of the University of Athens and President of KETHEA, while the well-known actress Christina Alexanian gave a theatrical note on the literary side of the subject, as she read excerpts from his classic work of Garcia Marquez “Love in the time of cholera”.
Mr. Liapis referred to the emergence of addictive behaviors due to the extensive use of social media and the form of digital communication, which has become widespread due to mandatory self-isolation.
