On Friday, February 28, as part of the Teenage Reading Club meeting, the children had the opportunity to chat via teleconference with author Lina Lychnara.
The discussion was centered around the book The Mystery of the Blue Coast, as well as the author’s overall work. Ms Lychnara said she considers herself reader primarily and then a writer. The children expressed their views and questions, to which the author responded eagerly. She discussed what inspired her, why she chose to write mystery books, and the social problems she deals with in her work.
Ms Lychnara promised to visit the Library in order to present her new book. We thank her and Cedar Publications for responding to our invitation.
