The Kalambaka Library, in an effort to keep in touch with the public and provide information and entertainment, has launched a series of online meetings on a variety of topics.

On the afternoon of Saturday, April 11, a teleconference was held with the psychologist Mr. Vaggelis Vertopoulos, regarding the improvement of our psychological state during the period of self-isolation, with participants from various parts of Greece.

Mr. Vertopoulos, among other things, referred to the importance of effective communication, even by telephone, with family and friends. He emphasized the benefits of regular exercise, both physical and mental, and advised the audience to turn to flexible, realistic thinking.

Participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speaker, either in writing or orally, and to receive answers.

We thank Mr. Vertopoulos for his prompt response to our invitation and wish him good luck.
