On Saturday, June 10, we had the pleasure and honor of hosting the well-known author Soti Triantafillou at the Library for the presentation of her new book entitled “Listen to the Lion”. Ms. Triantafyllou spoke about the writing of this specific work, its style and subject matter and highlighted elements that differentiate it from her other works.
The audience expressed thoughts and feelings about the beloved author, about her books that troubled, moved and made her stand out, while she did not fail to refer to the socio-political space in which each story takes place, where people and endurance are tested. The popular author said she was excited by the imposing view of Meteora, talked to the audience about the social development of the area and signed copies of her book, which is published by Pataki publications.
