We are waiting for you on Monday 31/10/2022 at 3–4 p.m. to celebrate Halloween together! Dress up and come and have fun “scary scares“ to the rhythms of the Halloween celebration! Halloween is celebrated on the night of October 31st. The root of the word comes from All–hallow–even and denotes the eve of All Hallows Day – All Saints Day. It is an evolution of the ancient Celtic festival of Samhaim that marked the end of the harvest and the beginning of winter, while at the same time the change of season was a bridge between the upper world and the world of the dead.
Come to the Library to learn everything about this celebration and many surprises will be waiting for you!
