A speech on Violence in the Hands of Citizens and the Police was held on Thursday 22 November.
KDK Vice Chairman, Mr. Apostolos Eliopoulos (Adjunct Professor at Stratford and IGlobal Universities, General Director of Informatics at the Philadelphia Department of Licenses & Inspections in Pennsylvania, USA) discussed whether violence is a separate phenomenon or whether it is due to the unfavorable social treatment of the individual. He then highlighted experiences and lessons stemming from measurable results and how they were dealt within the US.
