The Kalambaka Library connected live with CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research) in Switzerland, so that students, parents and teachers can be shown around the CMS (Compact Muon Solenoid) experiment. All who attended learned all about the largest scientific center, as well as the function and purpose of this experiment. In the end, the students were given the chance, with the assistance of their teachers to pose questions to the scientists of CERN.
Live with us also watched the libraries of Veroia, Xanthi and that of the Eugenides Foundation. We would like to thank everyone who became a part of this virtual tour.
