On Tuesday, November 29, we had the pleasure of welcoming the young students of the Raxa Kindergarten and Primary School to the Library. The students were guided through all the areas of the Library, got to know the collection and learned about the services it offers to the public and the programs it carries out throughout the year.
Afterwards, they came into contact with the Cycladic Culture and Ancient ceramics through the two Museum Kits of the Museum of Cycladic Art that the Library hold in it’s collection and played educational games on the interactive board. Then, they play with the educational robotics packages mTiny and WeDo 2.0, which are specially designed for Kindergarten and Primary school children respectively.
