On Wednesday, May 20, we had the pleasure of welcoming the second- and third-grade students of Valtino Middle School to our Library as part of an educational and interactive activity focused on new technologies and innovation.
During the visit, the students learned about the operation and use of drones and were introduced to their capabilities and applications in everyday life. The practical part of the activity attracted particular interest, as the students had the opportunity to fly a drone themselves, gaining a unique hands-on experience.
At the same time, the students were introduced to the process of 3D printing through the Library’s 3D printer. They learned about the basic stages of designing and printing objects, as well as the educational and creative opportunities offered by this technology.
The students participated enthusiastically throughout the activity, and the visit concluded in an atmosphere of excitement and creativity.
Through initiatives like these, we aim to bring young people closer to modern technologies, encourage creativity and collaboration, and help develop skills that are essential for the future of education and innovation.
