On Wednesday, April 5, we had the pleasure of welcoming to the Library the young students from the Kindergarten and Primary School of Panagia of the Municipality of Meteora. Initially, the students were guided through all three levels of the Library, got to know the collection and were informed about all the programs. They learned how they can become members and how they can use the Library every time they visit Kalambaka.
Afterwards, a reading of the fairy tale by the author Antonis Papatheodoulou “The good and the bad witches”, which refers to the subject of verbal violence, followed by an activity with the children separating magic words into good and bad, which bring us joy or they hurt us.
Finally, there was a presentation of the mTiny robotics educational package, which is specially designed for children up to 6 years old, bringing children closer to the world of robotics and programming.
