Museum Kit “Nutrition in Ancient Greece”: Visit of the 5th and 6th Grades of the 4th Primary School

A unique journey into the flavors and habits of the past awaits the 5th and 6th grade students of the 4th Primary School of Kalambaka, who will soon visit the Library to explore the Museum Kit “Nutrition in Ancient Greece” from the Museum of Cycladic Art.

The students will discover the vital role of staple foods in antiquity (wheat, olive oil, wine), closely inspect faithful replicas of everyday pottery, and learn how food was prepared and stored in ancient households. Through interactive observation and discussion, the children will bridge the dietary traditions of the past with our modern habits.

We eagerly look forward to welcoming the students and teachers of the 4th Primary School for another day filled with knowledge and discovery at the Library!
