Texts and Pictures, Characters and Titles Escape from the Books!

The Kalambaka Library participates in the Summer Campaign organized by the National Library of Greece for the year 2019, entitled “Imagine…” The activity The Texts and Pictures, Characters and Titles Escape from the Books will take place on Tuesday, September 3 at 6:30 pm in Kastraki.

In the morning at the Library, the doors unlock and the librarian comes in slowly. The curtains are being opened and then… Cries, drag, speeches all around: behind the shelves, the furniture, everywhere; few books fallen to the floor, open. Their words, heroes, images, titles, pages, all fell from within and were lost in the Library. If we do not help them return, the stories will be lost forever. But beware, everything in its own book. Otherwise…
