Adults’ Reading Club Meeting

The Adults’ Book Club meeting will take place on Thursday, June 3 at 18:30 in the courtyard of the Library. The members are interested in the detective novel, and specifically to the  distinguished author’s Petros Markaris work. Petros Markaris was born in Istanbul in 1937 and studied economics in Austria. He is police literature exponent, he has translated works of world literature, while at the same time he has collaborated in film scripts with Theodoros Angelopoulos. He has been honored with international literary awards and his books have been translated into many languages.
